Countdown Click & Collect Lockers
Countdown is New Zealand’s leading supermarket brand, serving more than three million customers every week. They are committed to providing their customers with choice, value and convenience, so customers enjoy the best overall shopping experience.
Part of this offering is an online shopping experience where customers can order, pay and pick up their packed up groceries in-store. Based on the success of this, Countdown and Elocker have worked together to extend this offer through Click and Collect Lockers.
Te Papa Museum Lockers
Te Papa is New Zealand’s National Museum. Elocker were asked to replace the existing cloak and bag system that had been in place since Te Papa opened. Working around Covid lockdowns and global supply chain disruptions, Elocker delivered a storage locker solution that will enhance the visitor experience and peace of mind.
Auckland Museum Lockers
The Auckland Museum is one of Auckland’s most loved taonga. The Museum has two separate entries – the Grand Foyer at the northern end of the Museum and main entrance at the South Atrium. The latter was being refurbished, so our lockers needed to feature in the architect’s planning. Elocker had the manufacturing process under way when Covid locked down the world. Despite the delays to the factory and shipping, we still met our deadlines...
AT Metro Lockers
Auckland Transport through Elocker offers their travellers a safe, secure facility to leave luggage on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. Ferry passengers can access the lockers 24/7 with multiple entries – which is particularly important for domestic commuters going to and from Auckland city each day.
Jucy Snooze Lockers
Elocker installed 20 lockers and a terminal that spoke eight languages and which accepts credit cards from around the world. Working closely with the Jucy marketing team, we designed and decalled the lockers to provide an aesthetic but practical addition to Jucy's customer offering.
Lockers for Les Mills
Elocker adapted our End of Journey Locker software and developed a specific Les Mills branded platform to operate on kiosks inside the changing rooms. As members enter the rooms, they scan their phone or tag and our system automatically verifies the membership and opens an available locker.
